Yesterday was the last BBA professors’ meeting of the 2018-2019 academic year.
As I was walking to INSEEC U. I felt really privileged to have a job that allows me to share my passion of leadership with the American BBA students.
I also felt very fortunate to be able to do it using innovative instructional strategies such as no desk learning space, flipped classroom, and reflective learning.
We often hear and read that beyond technical skills, professional success and fulfillment for those future leaders will mean mastery of the 4Cs : Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity. In the time they spend with me I also make sure that we include Consciousness and Courage to the equation. Developing a consciousness of the impact they want to have in the world and for the world and having the courage to go and do it !
I would like to extend my gratitude to our external partners - who welcomed a cohort of students for 3 learning expeditions-, all the seasoned industry leaders -who participated in the Mentoring Program that is now part of the Leadership Lab- and the great people I get to work with.
Wishing you all a great summer break and looking forward to another amazing 2019-2020 academic year!
